For Successful Public Participation: NEPA
Comment Training This
our number one most requested service. Clubs all over the nation are facing wholesale trail closures. What is different about
our classes? Students learn one subject, and one subject only: what exactly to
do in that 45 or 90 day period when the public has the legal leverage to change the trail plan, and how
to set up a winning appeal. Pan Pacific can guarantee that students will know what a “substantive
comment” is, after taking this training. The instructor is a retired
Forest Service and BLM recreation manager who has written winning environmental documents for OHV trail systems. This is the
first time ever that an insider’s advantage has been available to the off-road community.
Contract Comment Services
We also write comments for draft
NEPA documents and TMR plans, and write appeals, for the client’s signature.
We offer Full
Arcview GIS capabilities, providing unprecedented analytical perspective on every draft travel plan.
